I’m a new graduate registered nurse in Felton, California, with an interest in telemetry and acute care.
I earned my ADN at De Anza College and completed a 168-hour telemetry preceptorship at Good Samaritan Hospital. I’m now working toward my BSN at Western Governors University.

01 / MY APPROACH
A little about me.
Before nursing school, I worked in patient services at Menlo Medical Clinic and Family Medicine Samaritan. I helped patients schedule appointments, navigate referrals, and get the care they needed.
During my telemetry preceptorship, I cared for a four-patient assignment with my preceptor, interpreted rhythms, and learned when to speak up about a change in a patient’s condition. I ask questions, take feedback seriously, and follow through.
I’m looking for a nurse residency where I can build on that experience. Long term, I’m interested in critical-care nursing and specialty certification.

I cared for a four-patient telemetry assignment under my preceptor’s supervision, with daily rhythm interpretation, patient assessments, and reassessments.
Continuous cardiac monitoring and daily rhythm interpretation, including PR, QRS, and QT intervals.
Recognition of dysrhythmias and conduction abnormalities, with findings communicated to the RN and telemetry technician.
Cardiac and IV medication administration; participation in infusion titration and monitoring.
SBAR escalation, reassessment, and documentation in MEDITECH.
